Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The request must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Services that have already been delivered
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ritesh@infairs.co.in
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at ritesh@infairs.co.in
